§01 Verdict

Cursor is a developer tool, so it's a reference line, not ranked. On the free plan, the agent hit its weekly usage limit about 33 minutes in, before it deployed anything. Only one checklist item could be verified. Score: 13 (partial). A re-run is possible after the weekly limit resets (~Oct 29, 2026).

§02 How it went

1. Cursor is a developer tool, so it's scored on the same rubric but shown as a reference line, not ranked.
2. We submitted the prompt at 5:23 PM ET. At about 5:56 PM the free plan's weekly usage limit stopped the agent ("resets in 7 days").
3. Our tester checked the local build only: it compiled, the landing page listed 3 seeded slots, and logged-out /admin redirected to login.
